EUC/Chatbot Support Consultant – Germany
EUC/Chatbot Support Consultant - We are looking for a number of Consultants with Chatbot Support/Messaging experience to join one Europe’s largest and fastest growing clients in a progressive and busy international team on a Contract Basis.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Good communication skills translate German to English and vice versa.
• Create/develop conversational workflows within chatbot.
• Improve chatbot response rate by improving ML utterances, synonyms & concepts, patterns using NLP & ML analyse the failed intent logs of bot.
• Coordinate with product team to develop API’s to integrate with Chabot.
• Integrate available or new API’s with Chatbot to provide automated response or resolution to end users.
• Work on Service Desk contact analysis model for product teams to identify trend and new opportunity & scope to automate.
• Perform Knowledge Base Analysis for Chatbot feed for complex incident troubleshooting and contact reduction to Service desk.
• Work with internal technology team on engineering best practices, standards, architectural approaches, and complex technical resolutions for processes.
• Use Agile Methodologies efforts to ensure that deliverables are secure, scalable, reliable and drive down defects.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve the support through engagements and customer reviews.
