Your responsibilities
- In your role as Group Leader you take over the Business application lead for current (SFA)CRM-solution (OlyONE, CRMexpress, OlyPLAN) and future one
- You lead the SFA (CRM) -team at OEKG and regions
- You are the project leader for Service-CPQ development and business application lead to manage CPQ
- You integrate SFE-requirements into SFA solution
- You develop and train users in sales/CS with T+E on best use of SFA/CRM following the ISP
- You manage the collaboration with all business partners (OEKG & regions) of MSD &SSD as well as support functions (e.g. IT, T+E, BI, CS)
Your qualification
- You have successfully completed your economic studies
- You have several years of professional experience in managing cross-functional, multi-country CRM-system EtE
- Ideally you have some initial experience in managing employees
- You successful has deployed and managed a multi-country CRM-system as well as having expertise in developing a CPQ-application with SFDC
- You are a certified PMO of managing and leading complex IT-based projects in a collaborative approach
- You can demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, including in English
- Your strengths include excellent analytical skills and a strong commercial mindset
