As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you are assigned to ensure that the machine is working 24/7 to achieve target KPIs. You will support and maintain the good performance of the machines as required by your superiors. You will execute activities as discussed and agreed by the group and give updates or feedbacks within or the end of the shift. You will render OT even on holidays as required to meet target production outputs due to some unexpected causes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sustenance, Daily Maintenance and Repair of Dynamic Electrical Test machine.

Machine Preventive Maintenance.

Machine Setup and Qualification.

Machine improvements, Failure Analysis and update assigned KPIs.
Qualifications

REQUIRED:

At least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate/Under Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

At least 1 year of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field.

Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

PREFERRED:

With experience in automated/pick and place machine and product testing

(Internal) Preferably with experience in Jade/Amber machine even not in technician level

SKILLS:

Should have good basic analytical/troubleshooting ability.

Good written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop a good working relationships with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization.
