Your responsibilities
- Create, monitor and distribute monthly management reports and ad-hoc analysis, mainly in Cognos
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and reports, derive recommended actions for the operative supply chain teams
- Continuously enhance existing and develop additional Logistics KPI for the European Medical spare parts supply chain and repair shipment processes
- Provide internal consulting on structural and strategic purchase, MRP planning and material master data issues
- Calculate quarterly demand forecasts for the Medical spare parts portfolio in close collaboration with operative MRP planners and purchasers, communicate the forecast with suppliers and create plan-is analysis
- Align financial forecasting and results with the bottom-up spare parts forecasting (for demand, purchase and inventory in volume and value)
- Actively support Supply Chain related projects to optimize the European logistical network
Your qualification
- You have successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration or possess equivalent experiences
- Ideally you gained several years of experience in a related supply chain, procurement or production environment
- You gained initial experiences in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Business Intelligence tools / Data warehousing
- Your skills in MS Office (especially Excel) are exceptional
- Your strengths are in your analytical skills, attention to detail and conceptual mindset
- You like to work both independently and as part of a team
- You are a communicative team player with fluent skills in German and English
- You are highly self-motivated, well-organized and reliable
