Technical Support Specialist (m/f/x) with Danish

Your Task

• Answering incoming calls from Danish Customers
• Collecting data and entering it into a CRM system
• Ensure that the customer is mobile as soon as possible
• Handling of all types of enquiries and complaints
• Transfering of product knowledge

Your Profile

• Handy in building customer relationships
• Very good written and oral skills in Danish and English
• Empathy and negotiation skills
• Open-minded to a diversity of cultures
• Affinity for automobiles
