Basic Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in a Safety related field
• 5+ years experience as an EHS Manager within an operational environment
• Experience developing safety and/or environmental policy, training and quality assurance materials
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in safety and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
• Experience implementing Lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment.
• Willing to travel, up to 30%

BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN

Preferred Qualifications

• Validated leadership skills in a high-production environment
• Forward thinking manager with a high degree of customer service, thinking outside of the box and holding to company policies and goals
