To strengthen our team, we are looking for a 
Production Engineering "Intern"
 (f/m/x) for 6 months in our Waldbronn office.
It's time to put the theory into practice. And there's nowhere better to do it than in our pioneering and solutions-driven environment.
Joining the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will follow established techniques to design, develop and improve the products, processes and components that make us world leaders, and be supported and encouraged to expand your skills and knowledge every step of the way

Our manufacturing team for ScreenTape is responsible for an automated and scalable production of innovative, miniaturized and proprietary consumables used in our automated gel electrophoresis systems.

During your internship you will focus on the floor-life extension for ScreenTapes. You will acquire knowledge of our current processes, generate new ideas to extend floor-life, develop or purchase a prototype and perform tests. In addition, you will analyze results and propose a suitable solution.

For our process chain you guarantee best product quality.
Additionally, you will gain insight into different projects driven by our engineering team and support the daily business of our engineering experts

Qualifications:

• You are studying towards a Bachelor degree in one of the following disciplines: Chemistry, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Bio-Analytics, or equivalent
• You are a team player with genuine interest in process/production design and development
• You are a fluent German speaker with excellent English language skills
• Willingness to work for a period of 6 Month
