You can still apply online, we're looking forward to hear from you Ihre Aufgaben * Breaking down all existing BaFin requirements (national and international) and identification of potential impact on the organization within the scope of the project (incl. appropriate documentation) * Support of the implementation of regulatory requirements * Quality assurance for BaFin deliverables (incl. finding evidences as well as reports) * Serve as primary consultant to every stream in the project to ensures a BaFin compliant setup and documentation of the system Unsere Anforderungen * A successfully completed University degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics or Law and in addition external audit or legal qualifications * Several years of professional experience:

practical audit experience in the financial sector as well as in a BaFin regulated environment * Having knowledge of other regulatory conditions and requirements in the finance IT is a plus (E. G ISO 2700x, German BSI IT Grundschutz, COBIT and MaRisk) * Knowledge of relevant regulations, especially the frameworks MaRisk, EMIR and BAIT as well as strong proficiency in BaFin regulation for Infrastructure as a Service * The ability to bridge tech knowledge gaps between IT staff and corporate staff such as Legal, Compliance and Audit organizations * Analytical skills, methodical know-how and conceptual understanding, e.
