Your responsibilities

• In your role as Market Development Manager (m/f/d) you lead the development and implementation of the go-to-market approach in the EMEA region for a novel minimal-invasive BPH treatment within the Urology field.
• You develop the EMEA market access strategy in close collaboration with the Market access team and turn this into tangible sales action plans, you work closely with the regional Market Development Manager who will roll out the measures in their local markets
• You lead the creation of clinical and economical value propositions with relevant stakeholders and build up in-depth knowledge and understanding of market environment and competitive dynamics
• You steer the EMEA product roll-out plan with the local teams and you prepare business plans, reporting and forecasting for your product
• As a competent contact person you train local sales teams in roll-out countries and present the device to Health Care practitioners in On Patient Demonstrations and product presentations
• As interface between the market access team or reimbursement consultants and clinical specialists, you develop growing expertise in reimbursement and market access pathways for the specific procedure

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration or Marketing
• You have several years of professional experience in international marketing or business development, ideally in the medical device industry
• Experience in HEOR (health economics and outcomes research) is of benefit as well as experience in coordinating multi-national and cross-divisional teams
• You can demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization and have very good English language skills, German language skills are beneficial (additional language skills are a plus)
• Your strengths include good analytical skills and a commercial mindset
• You have a confident manner and are able to win people over with quick-witted arguments
• You enjoy traveling up to 40%
