In other (and much less) words, we offer customer support services for different projects :)
For one of our projects, we are looking for dedicated, multilingual people, who answer customer requests by email and telephone in our modern call-center in Berlin Kreuzberg. We only have in-bound calls from customers that have account queries or questions in regards to the Project and also back office work.Requirements:
- Must speak
English
Fluently (Near native or above)- Previous customer service experience is not needed but welcomed
- Ability to work individually in order to achieve group goals
- Basic computer skills
- Training starts on
October 22nd 2019
: we prefer to only interview candidates who, in theory, are able to start on this date. If a work permit is applicable to you, you must have this at time of hire.- Flexibility with shifts
- Must be available 5 times per week
