finanzbuchhaltung ihre aufgaben sie übernehmen die koordination des kaufmännischen teams und arbeiten aktiv in der buchhaltung mit. zu ihren aufgaben gehören:
die organisation der debitoren- und kreditorenbuchhaltung, die anlagenverwaltung, das erstellen von unterjährigen betriebswirtschaftlichen auswertungen (bwas) unter berücksichtigung der bewertung von laufenden projekten des sondermaschinenbaus, das erstellen von liquiditätsbetrachtungen, sowie die monatliche gehaltsabrechnung. zum täglichen geschäft gehören außerdem die akkreditivbearbeitung, exportanmeldungen und die beantragung von ausfuhrgenehmigungen. in enger abstimmung mit der geschäftsleitung bereiten sie den jahresabschluss, inklusive der bilanzerstellung für die externe wirtschaftsprüfung vor. basierend auf einem im letzten jahr eingeführten erp-system mit schnittstelle zur finanzbuchhaltung gestalten sie die kaufmännischen abläufe des unternehmens optimal und effizient. ergänzend sind die buchungen für unsere spanische tochterfirma (erlas lasertec vizcaya, s. l., ein kleinbetrieb mit 7 mitarbeitern) durchzuführen. bei nicht vorhandener qu
