Your responsibilities

• Your key resonsibility as European Sales Manager (m/f/d) System Integration is to ensure sales & gross profit growth for be SI-OR business unit across the EMEA region. To achieve that, you will:
• ..ensure the strategically aligned sales approach & standard by coaching and facilitating cross country and regional exchange on best practices
• ..be responsible for the preparation of the monthly pipeline meetings and steering of the salesforce
• ..monitor KPIs and benchmarks, you drive performance in all measured dimensions and analyze the data
• ..define and check on the qualifications of the salesforce and the sales process execution
• ..be responsible for defining the sales training contents as well as for training the salesforce trainers
• ..drive the CRM and pipeline tools usage and develop and implement appropriate tools
• ..support at international reference center visits and design the reference center experience

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed a course of studies
• You have several years of professional experience in the area of operative sales and in managing employees
• Furthermore, you have proven experience in the sales of capital goods or in project sales business
• You have the ability & interest to work in a matrix structure with no direct line
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office completes your profile
• You can demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, including in English
• Your strengths include excellent conceptual and analytical skills as well as a high level of technical understanding in both hardware and software
• You enjoy traveling up to 70% (in peak times)
