Senior Manager Pricing & Market Access

I am currently working with a well established HEOR and Market Access pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Senior Manager to join their team. They are currently working on two new product launches within cardiovascular and are looking for someone that can help drive forward their new portfolios.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the pricing, reimbursement and market access strategy with pricing, payer and market access research
  • Align cross-functionally the needs and requirements for the Pricing & Market Access strategy and execution for payer engagements
  • Support with high-level market access and pricing guidance the translation of the strategy into tangible and executable regional, national and sub-national pricing, reimbursement and access strategies and tactics
  • Propose optimal list and net prices to ensure that planned reimbursement and market access can be achieved
  • Support the development and execution of the CV pricing, reimbursement and access strategies across different channels and EU territories
  • Develop and help execute solutions to support national/sub-national pricing and reimbursement strategy implementation by strategic contracting options and negotiation support for the key markets
  • Develop relevant Market Access materials for payer engagement to support affiliates for optimal access
  • Post-launch, develop lifecycle management pricing and reimbursement strategies including price maintenance strategies and support evaluating pricing and reimbursement changes
  • Together with HEOR develops customized product value propositions and messages in line with the overall product value strategy (single minded value proposition)

Personal skills and professional experience:

  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and deliver to deadlines and budget
  • University degree and minimum 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in a pharmaceutical company in pricing and market access. Both national and international/European experience considered
  • Fluently in English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel if required
