Subject: Mechanistic description of uptake and distribution of selected ions to cells and organisms
Project start: 1st February 2020. Working time 65% (25,35 hours per week), limited to 3 years.Your tasks:
- Mechanistic explanation of in vitro data by partition coefficients and membrane permeability
- Development of an in vitro – in vivo extrapolation workflow for a few selected examples of chemicals
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Bioinformatics or similar
- Good math skills and strong interest in modeling (PBTK)
- Proficient English language skills
