• Assisting the Store Management Team
• Assist with product controlling and staff management
• Meet customer needs through first rate service
• Cash desk services
• Prepare sales and incoming goods
• Able to manage stockroom responsibilities
• Uphold Company standards and act as a positive role model to others

• Experience in retail
• Positive work attitude, enthusiastic, team-oriented and flexible
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passionate about fashion
• Understanding of the Carhartt WIP culture and its appeal to the local market
