Job Description As Project Manager you are responsible for the operational project management of printed materials and displays in Germany. You manage the display design and -construction process, produce detailed specifications and manage timelines, production, and budget with a strong focus on quality, cost, and service. The Project Manager reports to the Marketing Manager and has a passion for getting things done. Your responsibilities Helping to create happy clients, customers, and colleagues. We are looking for a new happy colleague to join our powerful Marketing team in Germany and work closely with all other departments within BrandLoyalty. Monitoring of the POS timelines, communication of the timeframe to all parties involved;Briefing internal agency (Creative Lab) POS budget monitoring for loyalty programs;
Coordinate the development of POS materials, including approval process within clients and brands;
Creating delivery plansand aligning with sourcing, logistics, and client;
Follow up on projects defined during briefing meetings;
Daily contact with clients and internal stakeholders on the process;
Requirements 2+ years of experience within project management Higher professional education Excellent Project Management skills;
Strong in administrative duties;
Good in building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers;
Knowing how to keep control in stressful situations;
Knowledge of POS materials is a plus;
Very good knowledge of German (mother tongue) and English in spoken and written What do we offer? Are you up for the challenge?
