E-Commerce Manager

Description and responsibilities:

• Working closely with other departments to ensure best web shop performance in terms of user experience and technical functionality
• Being fully responsible for technical set up and managing Magento as our client's web shop platform
• Collaborating with country leads to localize the website and web shop according to the market’s needs
• Identifying customer segments and needs, developing dynamic pricing strategy and setting site-merchandising strategy to optimize visits and sales
• Having good understanding of the optimization of the conversion rate of the purchase process in the web shop
• Working side-by-side with Analytics team to understand onsite behaviour, content trends and customer cohorts for ongoing improvement
• Ongoing improvement for the existing customer shop
• Partnering with Content Acquisition team to identify content needed to engage ecommerce customers

Your profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following: SaaS Software marketing, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecommerce marketing, B2B E-commerce Sales
• Technical experience with Magento e-commerce platform or other comparable platforms
• Deep understanding of user experience and web shop design
• Experience with segmentation & targeting (CRM), acquisition & retention (CAC, CPA, LTV), pricing & revenue (RPU), and conversion reporting & analytics (KPI)
• Deep understanding of e-commerce site conversion optimization
• Hands on experience developing dashboards and key metrics to track the business and inform strategy
• Personality profile to fit into a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels
• Well-developed Microsoft Office product suite skills and advanced Excel and analytical skills required
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
