We understand the position of professional trainer as training facilitator, training group manager and learning partner who is creating an inspiring, demanding and active learning environment.

Your responsibilities

• In your role as Trainer (m/f/d) you develop, design and conduct training based on competency-oriented learning goals from the initial concept to tests and competency-based trainee evaluation as well as follow-up activities
• You facilitate training focusing on our Sales Process and CRM system for employees working in Sales or Product Management as well as other stakeholders
• You provide local trainers and sales teams with blended learning concepts to support the change to the new CRM system and establish continuous learning
• You work closely with the Commercial Excellence department, respective business units and sales departments across the EMEA region
• You establish a trainer network (train-the-trainer) and ensure training offerings are harmonized
• You monitor success, sustainability and quality of training measures on a constant basis to achieve best possible training results

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed your studies in economics, communication, adult education or psychology
• Ideally you have several years of professional experience in the field of (medtech) training and some experience with blended learning and train-the-trainer concepts
• You have a profound knowledge related to didactical approaches and current learning methodologies
• Experience in Sales would be an advantage
• You have good user-level knowledge of SalesForce.com and MS Office and in general an affinity to IT related topics
• You are a team player with excellent communication and observation skills and feel comfortable in conversations in German and English – both written and spoken
• Your strengths include excellent rhetorical skills and a good understanding of processes
