(Senior)
Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist Construction Domain
(f / m / x)
(full-time) who is eager to support our machine learning team in Dresden.
Your Role
You analyze and manage data to prepare it for its usage in an ML context, especially for the field of the construction domain (2D plans/maps in pixel and vector format)

You research, implement and apply state-of-the-art machine learning approaches, especially related to classification tasks, text extraction, object detection

You design and implement microservices
Your scientific mindset helps to solve complex problems
You collaborate with customers, understand their needs and ensure to establish appropriate quality measurements (benchmarking)
You are contributing to research projects and presenting results
Your Skills
You have solid experience in python development, testing and continuous integration
You have worked with common ML frameworks (pytorch, tensorflow, …) and computer vision (OpenCV)
You are familiar with common techniques of the ML lifecycle (data preparation, training, benchmarking, deployment, etc.)
You are familiar with code version control and data management & versioning techniques (git, dvc, …)
You have practical experience in working with real-life data and in working on product development or larger projects
You have good communication skills and experience of working in a team and applying agile methodologies
