WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bremen-based Rheinmetall Technical Publications GmbH has been an independent company within Rheinmetall AG since 2007. At seven locations within Germany we provide complex documentation and logistics engineering services for the civilian and military markets. The spectrum includes the preparation of technical documentation for operation, inspection, maintenance and repair as well as spare parts documentation. Furthermore, we are a certified military aeronautical engineering company and, as such, are qualified to develop, manufacture and maintain aircraft and aviation equipment.

In this position, you will support the department management in the area of planning, coordination and implementation of quality management measures in various technical documentation projects.

Your tasks:

• Contact person within the project team and towards customers in quality matters
• Support of the projects in complaint and error management
• Implementation of reviews and audits (internal/external)
• Random checks before delivery
• Monitoring of measures from reviews, audits and inspections
• Design, optimization and monitoring of process flows in projects
• Support in the creation of key figures as well as their evaluation and summary
• Offer support for quality management components
• Development of quality management plans for contracts with customers and suppliers
• Participation in the selection of suppliers
• Support in the preparation of test and acceptance planning in projects
