Job description

We are looking for a full-time Solutions & Implementation Consultant, based in the center of Hamburg (w/m/d)

Your role and responsibility:

• You will be working with high growth companies on Sales, Marketing and Services process optimization and automation projects that transform their business onto a new growth path
• You will play a pivotal role during solutions design and implementation phase to our clients in helping them transform their IT-infrastructure and systems into a hybrid cloud and on-premise structure that allows them to leverage the best of both worlds - cloud and custom proprietary software
• You place our client's customer in the center spot and you will design and implement omnichannel sales, marketing and services customer experiences, leveraging the latest technology and our proprietary iPaaS technology
• You are supporting the successful planning and execution of client facing projects and have influence on our product roadmap

Job requirements

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or ideally Master's in a business, technology or related field of studies
• +2 years of IT, product or consulting experience post university
• A proven record of ERP or SaaS related projects on various levels (e.g. business analysis, requirements definition, solution design, test setup, implementation, services & support)
• Hands on experience with integration, migration and process automation projects involving various systems, ideally including ERPs
• A strong thirst to learn and grow personally, academically, and professionally
• SAP or Salesforce experience is a plus
• Advanced to expert level in the whole Office suite, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
• Technical skills: SQL, basic JavaScript, HTML, Python scripting or comparable experience in a relevant programming language to support in automation, migration or implementation jobs (or high level of interest to learn the technologies)
• Willing to travel as project needs require to clients' sites 
• Languages: English - Advanced business, German - Native speaker level and able to negotiate
