Internship - Community Management/ Social Media

We are searching you as Intern (m/f/d) for our Community Management (German Market).
4 - 40 Stunden pro Woche

As a Local Community Leader (m/f/d), you will be responsible for interacting with local influencers and content creators. Your role is to help the community grow and be the central point of contact for them.

Job description

• Manage the local social media channel in accordance with editorial guidelines and content strategy.
• Develop various initiatives to create active exchanges between community members
• Organize local events (virtual or physical) to promote the growth of the community
• Design and execute campaigns to activate the community (contests, awards, challenges, UGC)
• Contact selected content creators to attract them to the platform
• Coach our community to create better content and content creators
• Support our Customer Success team with influencer issues

Preferred experience

• You have already gained experience in community management
• You have sound social media knowledge and follow every trend closely.
• You know exactly what is important for a successful social media profile and know the relevant key figures.
• You work independently and are organized
• You are a strong communicator, outgoing, customer-oriented and show resilience even in extraordinary situations
• German language skills at C2 level as well as business fluent English, both written and spoken.
