Sales and Customer Support Specialist - German
Description and responsibilities:
- Supporting sales teams in whole Germany, as well as administrative and organizational support of customer acquisition and nurturing existing customers
- Order processing, supporting of complete sales cycle under assistance of a CRM system
- Handling of customer complaints, product returns and credits
- Planning and organization of trade shows and congresses
- Event management
- Responsible of organizational and administrative activities in the office
Your profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in health care or medical devices area
- Ability to document a track record of lead generation success
- Accurate data entry and record keeping skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction.
- PC literate
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good language skills in German, fluency in English
