YOUR TEAM
The department “Business Support Functions” within the department “Architecture and Technology” is responsible for divisional management and control including project planning, operational budget coordination, information management and quality management.In this context, it ensures that legal requirements and applicable quality standards are met and maintained for all "non-product issues"; e.g. ISO certification, risk assessments, or interface to audit.
Furthermore, the architecture committee office is a part of it and responsible for organization, preparation, and conduction of top management architecture decision committees.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate management and improvement of the architecture development processes in alignment with affected stakeholders within the department
- Identify potential areas for action and work with other business functions to set up, manage, control, and adjust processes
- Further setup, extent and improve a quality management for implementation and maintenance of processes and required measures to ensure ISO certification
- Coordinate the regular risk management process and tracking of the identified measures
- Prepare regular reporting regarding the progress of the quality management tasks and support departments in preparation for ad hoc management requests
WHO YOU ARE
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or comparable studies or comparable completed vocational training in the related fields
- Several years of experience in process control and optimisation as well as project management (work breakdown structure, planning, reporting)
- Structured and independent way of working as well as excellent conceptual and analytical skills
- Distinctive personal skills, such as a confident manner in difficult situations and assertiveness
- Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
