The Global Procurement division is responsible for all BASF's purchasing activities worldwide. We negotiate contracts that provide BASF with tangible added value. Our focus is on the procurement of raw materials, technical goods and services as well as logistics solutions. Our comprehensive market know-how and deep understanding of value-adding chains make us a valuable partner for the operating divisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Team is responsible for all operational indirect & direct purchasing activities for West Europe and provides extensive support for the strategic side. The position is designed for a weekly workload of 20 hours.

• They play an active role in ensuring the supply of technical goods and services for our BASF Group companies in Europe.
• You will support us in monitoring, order processing and handling of incoming orders and e-mails.
• Furthermore, you will maintain and update our data and process various master data requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's study in economics or a comparable field
• secure handling of MS Office applications
• Language skills in English and Dutch
• Careful working methods and enjoyment of working in a team
