VBA Developer - Flexible start - Düsseldorf

For our client we are looking for an experienced VBA developer. 
ONE!GSC Horizon is a comprehensive business transformation program facilitating the implementation of a globally aligned and harmonized Supply Chain including Purchasing.

For the first time in, there will be end-to-end, standardized supply chain process.
Being part of the Client Strategy, this program is a key initiative for the scalable business model.
The ONE!GSC Horizon organization with lean and simplified operations aims to enhance the Client’s competitiveness by leveraging on combined potential, boosting process efficiency.

Task description:
The Master Plan application provides tools for

• The reconciliation of status reports from many subprojects into one integrated Master Plan by aggregating the information to strengthen consistency;
• Automatically extracting and publishing information from multiple sharepoints in one dashboard.

Maintain the Master Plan Platform:
o Safeguard that all reports are collected on time and load the reports into the Master Plan tool;
o Evaluate and resolve any inconsistencies and conflicts in the tool and with the project managers;
o Update the overall integrated plan based on the individual input;
o Export the weekly reports for all projects and provide the reporting template to all projects;
o Update the resource management database on a monthly level based on the input from the resource planning responsibles;

o Engage and coach individual project managers and work stream leads to work with the Master Plan:
o Coordinate adoption of the plan, and facilitate ongoing adherence to the planning and reporting processes.
o Safeguard that all identified streams and projects are working to the defined process and standard for resource management;
o Oversee that all defined updates and reports are performed to the set frequency;
o Manage any conflicts, overload and supply issues that are identified and highlighted for appropriate remedial action;
o Safeguard quality of all programs and fix any bugs in the programmed interfaces of all tools used.

Enhance the Master Plan Platform:
o Implement new functionalities into the Master Plan by programming new modules for new sub phases and new projects;
o Program and modify all interfaces between the back-end module and the reports generated based on required changes;
o Program new reports for the Dashboard.

Requirements:

• Experience with MS Project + VBA
• Experiences with MS Access + VBA
• Knowledge in MS Powerpoint + VBA
• Experience with MS Query
• Experience with SQL
