We are looking for English trainers (m/f/d) on a freelance basis for our virtual classroom! Find out what makes Berlitz a great option, also for those who are changing careers.

What you can expect

• Training in the Berlitz Method®: In our Berlitz Initial Training, you will become proficient in language teaching and classroom management techniques.
• Work-life balance: As a freelancer, you have flexibility and can decide when, where, and with whom you want to work. For example, online, at one of our 50 locations in Germany, with children, teens, or adults, or with private or corporate customers.
• Reduced preparation time: Modern technology, Berlitz teaching material, and support from an effective team which manages most of the administrative and organizational tasks for you.
• Pedagogical support: The pedagogical department is always there for you.

Where your focus lies

• Giving lessons based on the principles of the Berlitz Method®: interactive and practical, tailored to individual needs, and ensuring that the customers achieve their learning goals.
• Support and motivation of the course participants: You guide them professionally and competently through their course with variety and enthusiasm.
• Berlitz Quality Management: With pedagogical support, you ensure first-class instruction in compliance with the Berlitz Quality Management standards.

What you bring to the table

• You are dynamic and open-minded, and you have English skills at a native speaker level.
• You are resident in Germany and have a valid work permit.
• You enjoy sharing knowledge about your language and country.
• You are familiar with using digital media and have a good internet connection.
• Being reliable is one of your strengths.
