Working Student (f/m/d) Product Engineering Strategy & Operations in Walldorf

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The PE Strategy & Operations team is part of the Product Engineering board area. Our mission is to enable the business and development units to focus on what they do the best, through smooth operations, innovative insights and flawless execution. As part of the PE Business Insights & Operations, we:

• are trusted business partners, advisors and enablers in all operational topics;
• serve as guardians committed to achieving SAP’s overall goals, global policies and standards;
• act as liaison for any cross-unit maters and as an impartial instance lead the teams to the best possible solution.

The candidate (f/m/d) brings ideally a well-balanced combination of visionary and strategic thinking with operational excellence and execution. The candidate (f/m/d) is passionate about making the PE organization the best run board area at SAP by delivering significant results focused on innovation, customer, quality and results.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The candidate (f/m/d) will have the opportunity to work on various topics, including but not limited to:

• support effective and efficient PE governance by assisting the team with input collection, reviews of presentations, meeting minutes, JAM and corporate portal pages update etc;
• assist in the organization of the different initiatives and strategic projects run by the DEV COO organization such as Diversity & Inclusion, Innovation Award among others;
• research, understand and consolidate business requirements regarding reporting needs to enable our units to track their progress and meet their KPIs, helping with the authorization management for various analytical reports;
• admin support to the leadership team of PE Strategy & Operations.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Fluent in English; German preferred, but not required
• Strong MS Office knowledge and experience
• Excellent project management and analytical skills
• Ability to solve the problems with ‘think out of the box’ attitude
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and networking skills
• Highly developed written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Be able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Proactive and independent working attitude
• Flexible team player focused on innovation, customer, quality and results
• Passionate and curious to learn, improve and develop

Please describe also your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
