PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Regional Controlling Europe is supporting the regional leadership teams of EMEA North, EMEA South and MEE in management and steering activities, including analysis of business performance of our 28 market units, country and market reviews, continuous management of our sales pipeline as well as the performance of our services business (consulting & education).

We have the regional ownership for the monthly forecast process as well as the annual budgeting and planning cycle, where we coordinate all activities between stakeholders, provide target setting support as well as planning analytics in closely reviewing the planning results of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) North & South and MEE market units.

For our Sales Controlling team we are searching for an intern starting in September 2020. The duration of the internship is 6 months.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The intern (f/m/d) will support actual analysis and quarter-end reporting
Participate in monthly forecast and annual budgeting processes
Take part in cross-country projects to optimize and further develop processes & infrastructure
Get deep insights into all relevant controlling activities of two important and diverse regions within SAP

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences (FH)
Preferred field of study: Business Administration or studies with focus on finance/controlling
Good skills in MS-Office
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work in a team

Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
