Do you also have a strong interest in new technologies in the context of digital farming? Then strengthen our team as the Lead (f/m/d) of Regional Experts for new technologies within KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. This position will be filled for an unlimited period of time and on a full-time basis at our headquarters in Einbeck / Germany. - Steering and coordination of technical solutions (hard- and software) for the breeding station networks - Responsible for searching synergies in the region and between different business units - Counterpart between headquarters and regional leaders - Act as a direct report of the Global Station Management - Strategic development, justification and general leadership of the Regional Expert-Team - Adding the KWS values in this new organization unit - Frequently visits of the breeding stations to evaluate trends and bottlenecks - You have an university degree in (business) informatics, engineering, (agri-) business administration or a similar course of study - You have gained first proven leadership experiences and an intercultural mindset is a matter of course for you - Digital farming is a well-known topic for you, and you have already had some touchpoints with field trials - You enjoy setting up new structures and would like to be significantly responsible for the innovativeness of the KWS breeding stations, without forgetting the requirements of our internal and external customers - You are willing to travel within Germany and internationally (up to 50%) as well as to promote international cooperation and exchange - You are able to communicate fluently in English and have additional foreign language skills, ideally in German and French About KWS KWS is one of the world's leading plant breeding companies.
