We’re looking for a passionate and devoted
 SEM Specialist
who’s motivated to push his their own boundaries. Working in a top class SEM and Display team and with various local entities across the world, you’ll be exchanging ideas, implementing campaigns and developing concepts on a large scale of projects all within a very savvy central Performance Marketing Team. 

 

Main Job Responsibilities:
 
Create, develop and optimize campaigns directly across various markets
Focus on search campaigns (web and mweb), app install and re-engagement 
Supporting the team in the daily business with your hands-on and analytical mentality
Work very closely with a very experienced team across Search networks rolled at an international scale
You will drive excellence across markets you are responsible for and communicate best practices to the team
Deliver specific projects around bid optimization, automation, incrementality testing, channel attribution and innovation, segmentation
 

Essential skills/experience:

At least 2 years of experience using Google AdWords platform with a high focus on performances
Very numbers focused
You are deeply interested in web technologies and the latest developments and trends in search behaviour
You have an excellent understanding of using AdWords Editor and Excel
You can think outside the box introducing fresh ideas, you bring initiative combined with creativity and the proven ability to collaborate in a complex organization

You speak English fluently, any other language is a plus 
Mentoring newcomers in Search, Display and Youtube is in your nature
