About the role

We are looking for remarkable juniors or mid-level designers with flair and an eye for amazing user experience and user interface to join our Design team.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver and quick learner with a passion for designing simple and elegant solutions that thrill our users.

Roles & Responsibilities

• In practice, you’ll follow user-centered design to build meaningful user experiences, from concept to implementation
• By constantly focusing on the user, you’ll create designs that are not only amazing to look at, but also intuitive and useful to our users
• You need to understand the problem the product is designed to solve and base psychology that improves user engagement
• You’ll collaborate with our teams to evolve the design language and build innovative and beautiful user interfaces that people love to use
• You strive to continually challenge the status quo, explore multiple design directions and improve our existing designs to meet the demands and needs of our users
• You are able to adapt to new situations, quickly learn new techniques and methods and inspire other colleagues with your insights

Required skills & Expertise

• You have solid experience in UX / UI Design
• You know how to execute, facilitate and analyze research and data
• You are cozy in creating sketches, journey maps, user flows, wireframes and high fidelity prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop and other design tools
• You are highly organized and motivated with a deep desire to prove yourself
• You are a team player with Excellent English communication skills, German is optional (Company Language is English)
