Job Description General Purpose As a Product Owner on the Payment Analytics Data Foundation team, you are responsible for the payments analytics Data Integration product, which delivers data engineering capabilities for payments domain within to the digital analytics team. Together with your agile team you work on continuously improving and evolving the product in line with the digital analytics strategy and overall adidas global initiatives. You will be partnering with our stakeholders analysts to understand payment reporting related pain points, gather data requirements;

and translating them into define a robust product backlog. You will also be responsible for, creating a high level roadmap of its execution along with managing capability expansion increments and leading the team towards new functionalities such a Machine Learningthe delivery team & best practice definitions are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role

Key Responsibilities Scope

accountable for a digital analytics product of medium - high technical complexity * product delivery * gathering data integration engineering requirements for payments insights from analysts or business owners across the organization * developing payment analytics products concepts, and features and deliver into production. * translating requirements into user stories, creating a backlog and actively maintaining it. * attending scrum ceremonies with the team and leading them towards delivery of agreed product scope. * be accountable for the data integrationpayment analytics product's success factors such as roibased on agreed performance kpis. * have a clear and transparent acceptance, rejection and prioritization criteria for user stories. * specify the operational roadmap that indicates incremental value to the business over time. * identify and solve dependencies with other product owners to ensure efficient delivery. * stakeholder management * represent the business for the product, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that their views and requirements are captured in the product backlog. * backlog management * prioritize the items in your product backlog in collaboration with identified stakeholders. specify the definition-of-done in cooperation with your stakeholders and team. * own the refinement of your product backlog in discussions with the tech leads to ensure that the product team is delivering the right enhancements to drive value. * conduct demos/ show and tells during delivery lifecycle to ensure product alignment with stakeholder expectation. * provide acceptance for delivered backlog items by the team, in line with the definition-of-done. * monitoring * be accountable for monitoring, optimization and enhancement of the configuration, features and functionalities related to the product. * help create and execute a data quality and product performance measurement framework and monitor and enhance team's performance. * use data sources and feedback loops to ensure the team focuses on the right enhancements. requirements * education & experience * 3+ years of experience working in a digital and/or ecommerce environment * proven experience working as a product owner successfully delivering payment products and data engineering capabilities in any industry. reporting on its efficiencies and opportunities. * 3+ years of experience working in a digital and/or ecommerce environment * experience working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels * degree with focus on business administration, communication or it or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience * soft-skills * good communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely * solutions-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset * basic leadership skills are a plus * hard-skills * experience working with several big data, and relational databases is a must. payment systems and related interfaces. * strong knowledge of online payment industry trends. * knowledge about legal aspects for checkout/ purchase process. * experience working closely with 3rd parties on integration projects and coordinating external partners * experience with aci & ayden as service providers. * ability to query data (e. g. sql, r or python) * good knowledge of apis, and platform /server maintenance. * good knowledge of agile scrum working methods * knowledge of enterprise-level analytics platforms and technologies like adobe and google analytics * fluent in english both verbally and written at adidas we have a winning culture. but to win, physical power is not enough. just like athletes our employees need mental strength in their game. we foster the athlete's mindset through a set of behaviors that we want to enable and develop in our people and that are at the core of our unique company culture - the 3cs:
