Head (m/f/d) of Customer Insights
- Design and execute a coordinated plan of customer research and maintain a research knowledge hub, closely liaising with our customer research group and the marketing team
- Define related key performance indicators for marketing activities to assess the overall effectiveness of all activities, and guide the optimal design of future activities
- Develop and implement specific programmes of research and, based on that, analyse and provide insights into problems/needs/habits of people in our markets to help YAMAHA deliver messages, services and products in the right place at the right time to effectively address their needs
- Share actionable insights through presentations to product and marketing strategists
- Recruit, lead and manage internal staff and third party suppliers
Your profile:
- Degree in a relevant discipline with an analytical focus (economics/business administration, mathematics, statistics or comparable)
- Demonstrable success in developing valuable customer insights driving business improvement
- Analytical competence and familiarity with data extraction, data modelling, web analytics and data visualisations
- Thorough understanding of data protection legislation and of how it impacts customer insight management
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English spoken and written with the ability to convey complex information in a concise manner (visualisations and reports).
- Confident demeanour and detail-oriented, reliable working style along with prioritizing abilities in line with business needs
