Business Development Manager – Europe
Key Responsibilities
- Assess potential new business opportunities in new countries and develop strategy for individual countries
- Work closely with distributor network including training program development, implementation and distribution network management
- Work closely with marketing teams to launch new products across existing and new markets
- Develop KOL relationships and new partnerships across Europe
- Develop and implement strategies for new distribution partners and new market access initiatives
Key Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in business/industry specific field
- Minimum 5+ years industry sales experience
- Able to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and distribution teams
- Excellent communication, time management and project management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to forecast, present sales data and business plans
- Experience in distributor relationship management, new contract negotiation and engagement
- Must be able to travel
