We provide inbound call support for the Telecommunications, Financial Services and Technology industries. And because no two companies are alike, we work closely with our clients to deliver loyalty-building customer service and technical support. Service is our area of expertise.

In other (and much less) words, we offer customer support services for different projects.

For one of our projects, we are looking for dedicated, multilingual people, who answer customer requests by email and telephone in our modern call-center in Berlin Kreuzberg. We only have in-bound calls from customers that have account queries or questions in regards to the Project.

Requirements:

  • Must speak

DANISH

Fluently (Near native +) and

English

on conversational level
  • Previous customer service experience is not needed but welcomed
  • Ability to work individually in order to achieve group goals
  • Basic computer skills
  • Training starts

August 19th

: we prefer to only interview candidates who, in theory, are able to start on this date.
