Working Student Trainer Recruiting & Administration

We are currently seeking a working student to join our Trainer Recruiting and Administration team and support the end-to-end recruitment process of freelance language trainers

What are you going to do:

• Source candidates, advertise and promote teaching positions, screen applications
• Schedule and conduct Skype interviews with potential language trainers
• Draft freelance trainer contracts and support the on-boarding process
• Audit and manage applicant databases
• Assist the team and management in analytics and special projects related to candidates’ experience

What we ask:

• Eingeschriebene/r Student/in an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule
• Native or native-level (C1+) German speaker
• Fluency in English, further language skills are a plus
• Currently studying Business Administration, Human Resources, Languages, Psychology or any similar field
• Interested in recruiting, human resources and languages
• Comfort with technology and verw good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Organized, highly-motivated and flexible with great attention to detail and discretion when it comes to sensitive data
• Outgoing personality who enjoys working in a multicultural team
