Head of HR Business Partner International
- Leading (functionally and partly disciplinary) a team of approx. 10 international HR Business Partners - both in the German headquarter and in foreign countries
- Ensuring the professional and personal development of all international HR Business Partners
- Being the first point of contact and consultant in all international HR topics, in alignment with the Head of Group HR and the local managers of the national companies (i.e. Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Marketing, Labour Relations, HR Operation & Administration)
- Designing the department according to the market conditions and needs of the national companies
- Understanding the market, the industry and the performance of the own local company, but also that of the competitors and recognition of trends and innovations, also beyond the boundaries of owned area
- Shaping the daily work of the international HR team, including the establishment, optimization and standardization of strategies, concepts and processes, given by the central HR
- Developing solutions for all HR-relevant issues in close cooperation with the HR Center of Excellences in the headquarter and being responsible for all interfaces within and outside the CoEs
- Supporting and contributing to general strategic HR projects within the HR leadership team and the roll-out process in the countries
- Supporting the further growth of the company also in the context of M&A activities as well as successful market development
- Being a partner and consultant for the management in all respects and derivating measures and tasks in the KPI-supported optimization process
- Accompanying and supporting managers in their personal development, organizational and team development and change management processes
- Sustainable strengthening of the trustful cooperation with the different countries and rapid establishment of a well-functioning network
Your qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in an HR management function in an international, dynamic service-oriented company with strong in market knowledge
- Solid experience in working with employees and managers in an international and intercultural HR environment
- Successfully completed business administration studies with a focus on personnel and organizational management or comparable education
- Resilience, flexibility and high willingness to travel
- Fluent language skills in English and German (spoken and written) are required, other languages are advantageous
- Fast comprehension, analytical and structured approach, pro-active working method and hands-on mentality
- Empathic, proactive and communicative personality and intercultural openness
