Position

to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and customer-centric focus within the field of

, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and spearheading technical innovation within the
coagulation diagnostics
market.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in coagulation diagnostics
• Utilize extensive technical knowledge and product expertise to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to customers
• Oversee technical requirements and validation processes for coagulation diagnostics products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations
• Be able to communicate at a high scientific level with our customers' development departments and with key opinion leaders
• Collaborate closely with our R&D team and the Key Account Manager Diagnostics to identify market trends and customer needs, address technical inquiries, and drive product adoption
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives and contribute to ongoing innovation within the coagulation diagnostics field

Qualification & Competences

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degrees are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the coagulation diagnostics industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating long-term client relationships
• Strong understanding of coagulation diagnostics reagents and/or diagnostics kits
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture
