, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and spearheading technical innovation within the
coagulation diagnostics
market.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in coagulation diagnostics
- Utilize extensive technical knowledge and product expertise to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to customers
- Oversee technical requirements and validation processes for coagulation diagnostics products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations
- Be able to communicate at a high scientific level with our customers' development departments and with key opinion leaders
- Collaborate closely with our R&D team and the Key Account Manager Diagnostics to identify market trends and customer needs, address technical inquiries, and drive product adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives and contribute to ongoing innovation within the coagulation diagnostics field
Qualification & Competences
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degrees are preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the coagulation diagnostics industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating long-term client relationships
- Strong understanding of coagulation diagnostics reagents and/or diagnostics kits
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture
