DCX Your tasks:
  • Shapes the Strategy / design, scope and implementation of the local market Business transformation plan * Develop, follow and track the engagement schedule (by dealer, outlet) * Forecast cost implications by Brand & Aftersales and manage to budget * Coordinate the deployment team (Coach, Solution Specialist, etc. ) * Responsible for BT engagement & DCX adoption in the respective Market * Track and report on system-generated metrics * Track and report on Sales activities * Collect feedback and actions - Drive engagement and adoption actions through National Sales Managers Your profile:
  • European Language skills, French, Italian, Spanish and English * Solid internal Network - Strong Influencing Skills and ability Network and Manage Stakeholder within the local management team * Experience in working with dealers principles and sales personnel * Project management experience * Leadership experience (leading teams of min. 2 people) * Experience with trainings and coachings concepts and rollout projects * Good presentation skills Did we make you curious?
