Head of Portfolio Management and Claims (Health Insurance)

As Group Head of Portfolio Management and Claims, you will take responsibility for the technical Profit and Loss (P&L) for Health Entities in Germany and Internationally. This also entails setting financial targets and structuring the measurement of these targets, as well as for Profitability Analysis.

Additionally, your role requires you to act as intermediary between the Group Board and the regional business units in Germany and internationally, supporting controlling and steering activities. 

Using your vast experience within Health insurance, you will also contribute to the development of the business within new markets and provide support on new initiatives, such as Digitalisation, Fraud and joint Venture partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Senior Management Function in an insurance company
  • Strong understanding of the German Health Insurance market, with strong understanding of Underwritng and Claims. Experience in international organisations is also advantageous.
  • Team Leadership and Business Transformation Experience are essential.
  • Able to communicate

fluently in German and English
