Your Task

• Telephone and written customer contact in Spanish
• Individual help to use the app successfully and efficiently
• Assistance for customers regarding payment and accounts
• System maintenance and updating of databases

Your Profile

• A positive attitude and a self-confident, friendly appearance
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken Spanish and good English
• Enjoy dealing with customers‘ needs and finding solutions
• Maybe an affinity for modern apps and sustainability
