- lead the dach warehouse team to deliver cost and service performance through a variety of 3pl and contract manufacturing warehouse partners (daily operations) - accountable * lead the nieder-roden warehouse site to deliver against their quality, cost, delivery and moral objectives - accountable * govern multiple 3pl contracts to ensure all sla's and productivity commitments are delivered - accountable * financial ownership of all dach warehouse spend, working with our finance teams to delivery timely and accurate reconciliation of finances - accountable * contribute to the wider dach supply chain xlt - execution * lead a diverse team across 2 locations. developing others to further their career, promote a strong culture and set the agenda - accountable * collaborate across multiple pepsico bu's to share and bring in best practice - informed/execution * ensure compliance to all financial, safety, quality and legal standards for your areas of ownership - accountable * support the sustainability agenda and act as an owner, helping to reduce pepsico's impact on the environment - execution * collaborate with pepsico global procurement to define and execute high quality logistics tenders to drive value for pepsico through the contracting process - consultation qualifications/requirements your profile:
- experience of multi-site management and managing from distance * experience of logistics tenders * knowledge and experience of collaborating with and managing 3rd party logistics providers * strong knowledge of supply chain operations - manufacturing or logistics is essential * strong communication skills, ability to influence the wider network teams and front line teams * contract management experience - commercials and relationships * a proven track record of project management and change management skills * flexible approach, with strong analytical and decision making capability to operate in a fast paced business environment and deliver successful business change within this context. * able to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment * able to prioritise, and take ownership for a heavy workload whilst continuing to deliver high quality of work. * flexibility to support a 24/7 operation with a travel requirement to support in multiple geographic locations, being available as a point of contact * ability to speak english or german would be considered what do we offer you? * international career opportunities * flexico:
