Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience in the Automotive Industry
- Experience with Import/Export/Customs
- Experience with German OEMs
- Material purchasing and stock control skills
- You are proficient in SAP (MM module)
- Knowledge of just in sequence process and system in the Automotive industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Fluent English and Korean language skills
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced international environment
- Contribution to the further establishment of our CKD Control Working Group
- You are the initial point of contact for Supplier supply chain EC area
- Monitoring Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process and daily requirement changes
- Monitor supply chain and shortage in EC area
- Maintain EDI process and contingency plans
- Collaboration with the US CKD Purchasing team on all trial builds and issue Purchase Orders (POs)
- Ensure accuracy of POs by maintaining SAP Material Master Data
- Provide requirements and inventory assessments to Suppliers to ensure efficient operations of all applicable module processes
- Collaborateion with Production Control, Logistics, QC/SQE as well as communicate with suppliers
- Monitor SAP for GR (Goods Receipt)/ GI (Goods Issue)/ Backlog
- Document &
- Minimize inventory levels on balance out parts and when appropriate, submit an obsolescence claim
- Maintain Material index system data accuracy (System vs Actual)
- Material consumption tracking for material closing and inventory accuracy (weekly, Monthly)
- Maintain Supplier portal system contents
- Managing all CKD parts export process from EC area and logistics cost
- Manage the warehouse consolidation in EC area
- You will become an important member of an international company that is strongly focusing on the development of the latest automotive technologies
