International Business Development Manager Benelux

  • Secure and executes media partnerships
  • Acquisition and execution of influencer and podcast marketing for The Netherlands from initial outreach to implementation and KPI analysis.
  • Support the development of our social media & influencer marketing strategy in Benelux.
  • Create marketing assets for negotiated customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Owns the budget of the partnerships and influencers
  • Daily community management and implementation of content on our dutch Facebook page.
  • Manages, translates, localizes and creates dutch content for BestSecret, including editorial, social media, newsletters, online magazine etc.
  • Collaborate with IT, International Business Development and CRM teams to create new campaign experiences in Benelux.
  • Work on adhoc International Projects to steadily improve our customers’ experiences.
  • Establish meaningful reports to help you understand drivers of the local businesses and to monitor campaign performance.

Your Must-haves

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a marketing agency or at a similar position for an online business
  • You have a proven track record of managing successful influencer and media campaigns
  • International background required
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch
,
and you are fluent in English (spoken and written), being fluent in French (spoken and written) would be a big plus. Copywriting skills required in those languages.

  • Internet enthusiast, with affinity for online shopping
  • You are extremely organized, self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • You know how to use Google Analytics and the office suite at a professional level (including Excel)
  • You have very good analytic skills and enjoy working with numbers
  • Strong cross-functional communication and teamworking skills
