Compliance Officer

An internationally recognised oil and natural gas producer with a large German and international presence is looking for a new Compliance Officer to join their team in Kassel. As a Compliance Officer you will be applying compliance guidance to the firm and act in close cooperation with various departments on an international scope.

As a Compliance Officer, you will be:

• Responsible for the development of the Compliance Management System worldwide
• Independently implementing compliance risk assessments
• Keeping up to date with the various branches abroad making sure all compliance deliverables are met
• Conducting compliance training for employees
• Reporting into the senior management board with regards to KPIs

As a Compliance Officer, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics or equivalent
• Experience in a Compliance, Legal or Audit department of a company
• Strong Economic understanding
• Organisational and coordination skills
• Very good IT skills regarding SAP and compliance databases
• Very good knowledge of German and English language
