Deine Aufgaben

• Übernahme aller anfallenden Assistenzaufgaben im Bereich Bau- und Anlagentechnik
• Bewertung, Erstellung und Pflege anlagenbezogener Dokumentationen in einem IT-Verwaltungssystem
• Überprüfung und Anpassung gesetzlicher Wartungszyklen im IT-Verwaltungssystem anhand einer Rechtsdatenbank
• Abwicklung der internen und externen Korrespondenz

Dein Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
• Freude an der Arbeit im administrativen Umfeld
• Erste Erfahrungen in der Pflege von Dokumentationen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich von IT-Anwendungen
• Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
• Organisierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
