Then come and join our global team as Solution Driver (m/f/diverse) for the Agile Release Train GUIDE (Guide Procedures) Software at Advanced Therapies, to maximize the value of our solutions through efficient implementation of customer requirements. Your tasks and responsibilities:- You are responsible for the backlog of the Agile Release Train GUIDE of Advanced Therapies with focus on application software and optimize it according to the overarching priorities of the business area * You trigger and validate effort allocations within the release train and maintain a program roadmap and vision * As the interface between customer requirements and technical implementation, you create synergies and foster efficient development processes enables by your clinical and technical expertise * You take care of dedicated platform related topics for the Application Software and coordinate joint tasks between the relevant product managers in the individual Business Lines * Furthermore, you collect and systematically evaluate (incl. feasibility) new product and solution related ideas, and act as the sparring partner in your area of responsibility for technical and clinical questions from the Marketing and Sales organization To find out more about the specific business, have a look at Your qualifications and experience :
- You possess a successfully completed university degree in engineering, informatics, medicine, or comparable * You demonstrate several years of experience and broad expertise in a product management and/or R&D setting within medical technology, preferably in the area of interventional applications/software * You have solid knowledge of the clinical pathways and customer requirements in the interventional therapy space * You have excellent presentation and representation skills to present our solutions to our customer on site or at congresses * You have a proven track record of translating customer requirements into technical solutions * You have experience in agile development Your attributes and skills :
- You take initiative, work target-oriented and show great learning ability and analytical thinking * Your strength is your excellent capacity for teamwork and your ability to drive cross-business projects * To engage with our teams in Forchheim and Bangalore, fluent language skills in English complete your profile, ideally you also have fluent German skills * This position requires about 10-20% of travelling Our global team:
