IT Business Partner - SAP (m/f/d) YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Act as trusted advisor (m/f/d) and single point of contact (m/f/d) for IT related topics in area of responsibility * Capture business requirements and translates these into IT needs * Orchestrate respective stakeholders within IT to provide requested information and services * Support projects and implementation of technology enabled business capabilities * Consult on how to best leverage technology as an enabler to drive business value * Contribute to discussions in Business/Corporate Function by providing technology expertise and potential impacts on business * Support day 1 IT readiness for Animal Health Business/Corporate Functions * Drive post day 1 IT integration activities in area of Business/Corporate Functions WHO YOU ARE * University degree (Master) in computer science, science, business administration or an equivalent qualification with long-term work experience * Several years of customer-facing work in IT and/or business functions * Ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively * Highly developed communication skills;

specially with senior and executive management throughout AH and within the IT community * Self-motivated and goal-oriented person with strong initiative skills * Excellent expectations management and ability to negotiate with diplomacy and tact * Ability to simplify complex information and make compromises to achieve win-win situations * Fluent in English, both written and spoken This position is limited for two years.
