The Marketing Support & Process Management Team is part of the Marketing department of the Scientific Solutions Division. The main focus of the team is product launch & discontinuation coordination, price management and internal process support for product marketing teams.

Your responsibilities

• Be responsible for the coordination of product launches & discontinuations for a product line
• Coordinate administrative launch related activities and liaise with relevant departments (i.e. Product Marketing, Service, Operations)
• Responsibilities explicitly include administrative launch activities with limited aspects of commercial launch activities which are handled by the respective Product Managers
• Initiate part creation in SAP and administer required product data
• Ensure effective and efficient distribution of launch and discontinuation information
• Maintain and document product related data and documents in relevant databases (e.g. quotation texts translation database, SharePoint, SSD-Net)
• Support regional headquarters functions (Sales & Marketing) as well as local sales organizations with product life cycle related tasks
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness for product launch activities
• Support the review of marketing and business support processes and update/develop SOP’s

Your qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Technical discipline (engineering)
• Min. 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, ideally including product launch activities/coordination
• Experience in business process modeling advantageous
• Experience in working with SAP advantageous
• Profound know-how in MS Office
• Experience in using MS Vision or other process modeling tools
• Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and solution orientation
